Re: Meeting notes - Wilson meeting 11 Dec 2017

yes clearly the sender of the email was supportive of me. Sorry, Geoff; I misunderstood. I thought you'd initially suggested that you got a threatening email from a rogue CPA staff member. No doubt this staff member got "moved along" and is no longer with CPAA. every accountant I speak to is either...

This email was sent June 11th Hello Geoffrey, I am a friendly voice in CPA Australia. I am an employee who is passed being frustrated. I have learned you either put up with the current mantra or get out. The truth is you will eventually be burned unless you beat a tactical retreat. Your name is alr...

Re: Meeting notes - Wilson meeting 11 Dec 2017

Well, this is just more of the same... (of what we had from the old board and Alex Malley) Also, it's not a good look when you can't take a meeting without having your lawyer present. I think it's fair to say that there has been no improvement in transparency -- nor integrity -- at CPA Australia.

Unfortunately as a lone voice, it is easily ignored, avoided or presented as unrepresentative of the majority.
Even when the voices are in the thousands, it's brushed off as "rebels" and "destabilizers" etc.

Wow.

I wonder how many other NFP organisations are like this/us?

Thanks for your input.

Curiously, have you spoken out or remained silent?

Dennis Denuto's closing argument: It's the vibe of it. It's the Constitution. It's Mabo. It's justice. It's law. It's the vibe and ah, no, that's it. It's the vibe. I rest my case. 6. Steve could you move the Camira? I need to get the Torana out so I can get to the Commodore. Board of Directors, can we set up a financial advice subsidiary? We need to bypass the Constitution so we can get to CPAA's cash stockpiles. 7. Tell 'em to get stuffed'. *CPAA members start raising valid...

I have attached a summary schedule showing what the s.202B statement from CPA Australia should have shown when it was completed.

Brett, the point is that the section 202B may have not disclosed all payments. As scandalous as the amounts are that might not be everything.
Yes, that is my chief concern too.

Re: AFR 11th Dec 2017 - Malley's links with Peter Wilson

After an extensive search with hundreds of applications, we get two directors (one being the Chairman) who both happen to be on the board of the AHRI, an organisation which has in the last two years formed a close relationship with CPA Australia under Alex Malley. The recruitment process needs to a...
