Re: AFR article CPA Australia spreads the love to key powerbrokers 1st June

Maybe CPA will also disclose how much they pay to Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA)? CPA is now the principal sponsor. Maybe the funds could be better used to provide better services to members, reduce fees, provide advertising to the general public, which promotes what a CPA is and can do. Well, ...

Re: Chance to quiz the ringmaster

Maybe the whole TV program on Channel 9, and the book deal with CPA, was just a way for Alex to move to the next step in his career. The big movie to Hollywood, where he will star in some upcoming action movies. Maybe the reboot of the $6 Million man. A story of man rebuilt in an operation after bei...

Re: RG146 - were we shafted?

CPA Australia has dropped the ball with regards to RG146 and CPA Australia Advice. The RG146 course is poorly designed and has many mistakes and is a rehash of the old DFP (DipFinPlanning), and the staff providing assistance are few, with alot of contractors (ex-financial planners who review the ass...

If you ask them a question about the standards which they issue, they then tell you to contact your professional association. Great help......, great value for the thousands of...
