Interesting that a directorship is held on Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, Member International Auditing & Assurance Standards Board. Are their conflicts of interest? How could some that sits on other audit boards judge issues of independence concerning the audits of CPA Australia??

Deputy President CPA Australia's Victorian Divisional Council, was on Victorian Public Practice Committee. Was she one of the Public Practice Committee members that saw the loss of the limited liability scheme???????? Also sits on International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) small and medium practices committee and chairs the ethics task force. This sounds like a job for the old guard. Are there questions of conflicts of interest???
"In addition to serving on the Victorian Divisional Council she was until November 2016 a member of the Victorian Public Practitioners Committee. In 2015 after being nominated by CPA Australia and CAANZ she became a member of the accounting professions global body IFAC’s SMP Committee."

There appears to be alot of ex-auditors. The board make up is interesting, insolvency expert, expert in venture, media consultant. Board members that have held positions within CPA Australia over the last tens years, in the Alex Malley era, which is of concern.
