Merry Christmas to Peter Wilson. When it was suggested that Peter Wilson should be independent of the old board so that we can have a fresh start Peter responded with "That's your issue". Summary of the meeting here: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=594
A good summary of where we are up to by Joe Aston of the AFR, linked to from here: viewtopic.php?f=5&p=4137#p4137

CPA's 1st Response to Group emails 2nd March 2017

Post by Brett Stevenson » Sat Apr 01, 2017 6:01 pm

This is the first response by CPA Australia to the group emails.
My reply to this is group email 6.
I received this on the Thursday late afternoon, and was unsure how to respond given that it was just addressed to me. However I need not have worried about confidentiality because that evening Alex Malley and Graeme Wade gave it to other members at the Sydney Discussion Group when they berated members from distributing and talking about the issues in the group emails.

Could I encourage all members to read this response as a perfect illustration of management legalese gone mad. In other words a lesson in 'How NOT to write a business memo" (or any kind of memo for that matter). Don Watson would have a field day with this one.
