If Tim Youngberry's appointment under the "emergency" provision to make up the Board numbers is not valid in the first place, then the Board's decision to sack and pay Alex is ultra vires.
Can we get a court injunction against the Board from exercising any more outrageous decisions pending the determination of whether Tim's appointment in the first place is valid under the constitution?
This will slow down their tracks to bring down CPA into ruins.
